Refund policy
All of our products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of each item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact jordan@teesbyjason so we can find a solution. We always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
In the event that a refund is provided, it will be in the amount of the items purchased, less all shipping and transaction fees.
There are no refunds since every item is custom. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to jordan@teesbyjason.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
